Tear out the sheet using the perforation and tuck it into the envelope on the front inside cover. Seal it with one of our stickers and make a note to open it at a later date. Do the same with the last page, and the rest is up to you! I encourage you to use the journal to connect with your inner child, and write, draw, or scribble in a way that feels healing and playful for you.
